There is a one time cleaning fee of $75.00 based on the reservation agreement form. Excessive mess will be charged accordingly.

There is a one time hot tub maintenance fee of $20.00 per rental.

Property damage defined by the reservation agreement form will be photographed and charged to renters credit card.
